Phillips Brothers Country Ham & Sausage

We have sold this ham and sausage for almost twenty-five years and they have been in business since 1947. They are based in Asheboro NC.

●     Country Ham Slices- Their ham is hands-down the best country ham on the market. They use a blend of 1⁄4 sugar and 3⁄4 salt to cure their ham. You don’t taste the sugar but it makes the ham extra tender. This ham has a strong country ham flavor but is not overly salty. The ham is packed either in a pack of three center slices or a larger pack that has twenty-five biscuit cut slices.  We also offer half hams (sliced or not sliced) and whole hams but we need a week's notice to ensure we have them.  

●     Country Sausage- Growing up my family made and sold sausage.  My grandfather knew exactly how to season the sausage where it was spicy and delicious.  Phillips Brother’s sausage has that “grandpa, country-made” flavor.   As an added bonus Phillips Brothers does not add fat filler to their sausage, instead they fill their sausage with lean meat.  So that means the size patty you start out with is the size patty you end up with!
